okay I haven’t actually read Harry Potter but I’ve always wondered about something and I want to ask whether or not the books explain it, thank you so much if you take the time to answer:
Where exactly is the Wizarding World in relation to muggle world? Is it like in a different dimension? If so,…
I’m re blogging this because it is too long for a reply.
The wizarding world is among the muggle world but the muggles just don’t see it. For example, when Hagrid takes Harry to the Leaky Cauldron for the first. I’m sure there are a number of spells put into place to keep any wizarding buildings hidden.
There are wizards and witches all over the world but obviously HP focused on England. In the books, it explains that to a muggle, Hogwarts is protected by
"Muggle-Repellent charms (to the occasional Muggle who is determined to approach, the castle is spelled to look like a dangerous ruin, with keep-away warning signs posted)."
I’m sure my fellow HP fans will chime in with more examples.
